Eligibility & scope

  • Start the 60-second eligibility check. It asks four questions and gives you an indicative answer within one working day. No documents needed.

Fees

  • 25% + VAT of the amount actually recovered. No retainer. No hourly fees. No disbursements billed to you. If there is no recovery, you pay nothing.

Regulatory & conduct

  • We originate commercial (B2B) claims, which fall outside the FCA claims-management perimeter (that perimeter covers financial-services claims by consumers). For personal claims we refer to a regulated solicitor panel — we do not conduct regulated consumer claims-management work.

Process & timing

  • Energy broker claims typically 4–9 months. Business finance commission claims 6–14 months. Post-insolvency cases can be longer where trustee or supervisor engagement is needed.
