- Motor finance commission
The Supreme Court upheld s.140A unfair-relationship relief in August 2025. If you took out motor finance via a dealer or broker, you likely have a claim.
- Credit card & revolving credit
Persistent-debt, affordability and mis-sold limit-increase claims where lenders failed to meet the CONC obligations.
- PPI residuals
Post-deadline PPI is limited in scope but still live in specific fact patterns — plus-of-plevin recoveries in particular.
- Packaged bank accounts
Fee-charging accounts sold without genuine benefit or without full disclosure of alternatives.
How the referral works.
- 1. You tell us what the agreement was. A one-minute check — product type and rough year. No documents.
- 2. We pick the right panel firm. Different firms specialise in motor finance, PBAs, credit cards. We route you once, not to a pool.
- 3. They take it from there. You sign directly with the solicitor — not with us. Their CFA, their regulator, their liability.
- 4. You keep the recovery minus their fee. refunds.energy receives no fee from you for the referral.
